A coin is borrowed and a spectator can mark it to identify it later. The coin then vanishes only to re-appear in a closed container surrounded at all sides by rubber bands. Inside is another closed container surrounded by rubber bands and inside that a small cloth bag with the opening held shut by a rubber band. It is identified by the spectators as the same coin.
One of the classics of magic. The magician borrows a coin and has a spectator mark it for identification later. The coin has vanished. The magician displays a container which is held shut on all sides by rubber bands. Inside that is a smaller container also held shut on all sides by rubber bands. Within that is a small cloth bag with the opening held shut by a rubber band--and the coin is now discovered inside with the markings made by the spectator.
